What to expect

Upon contacting us, we will arrange a convenient time for one of our friendly and fully qualified nurses to visit you at home. The nurse will make a full assessment to ensure the correct solution can be found.

At this time, you will also have the opportunity to discuss any concerns or questions you have.

Following this visit, we will contact your doctor directly and arrange your prescription.

Our service is free so there's no need to worry about any costs!

Our nurse will then arrange a second home visit at your convenience. During this visit, you will be taken through a demonstration and training on how to fit your product. Your nurse will give you details of when to expect your repeat prescriptions and ensure you are happy with the products you have received.

Customer services

Our dedicated and knowledgeable customer service team are on hand from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm to answer any queries you may have. Out of office hours, we provide an answer phone service so you can leave a message day or night and we will get back to you straight away. Delivery service

We offer a delivery service for prescriptions direct to your door usually within 48 hours of placing an order.

Moorland respect our customer's privacy and understand the importance of discretion when providing a service of this nature. For this reason, none of our vans or packaging carry labelling indicating the type of product and service we provide.
