Moorland utilise the latest software to compliment our experienced customer service team in the processing of all referrals and script requests, which ensures patients receive the goods they order in line with the referrers recommendations.
We will provide GP Surgeries the details of the health care professional who referred the patient and any deviation from the initial script request will be reported to the patients GP for authorisation.
